SANTA MARTA | Bio Filterkaffee von Black Hen Rösthandwerk

Ein köstlicher Kaffee aus den Bergen Guatemalas von der Finca Bremen. Der Kaffee is sehr balanciert, komplex und langanhaltend im Geschmack. Es ist eine durchgehende Butterkeks-Süße zu schmecken.

Die Kaffeefarm Finca Bremen wurde vor fast 130 Jahren von Roberto Thomae gegründet und ist mittlerweile in der dritten Generation der Familie. Der nachhaltige Anbau von Kaffee und insbesondere die Bio-Qualität ist ihnen sehr wichtig.

Die Kalksteinböden auf einer Anbauhöhe von 1300m lassen ein ganz besonderes Tassenprofil entstehen.
